Don Rosa once introduced Glittering Goldie as a hotel owner, but I could very well imagine her as a ranger who leads tourists through the landscapes of Yukon. She must be quite tough, since she lived on Scrooge's old claim for many years. I also very much like the way Don Rosa drew her when she was young.
If Scrooge met her like this, he would probably be angry, but also insecure.
I put in some flowers that really grow at Yukon, (from left to right) Yellow horned dandelion, pink fireweed and white tufted fleabane.
