Sir Sam's Loaded Dragon

One of my first good acrylic paintings (2007).

I'm a huge fan of Terry Pratchett and I've always wanted to create a fanart of Discworld, with Paul Kidby's interpretations of the cool characters as a model.

So this is Sir Samuel Vimes, Commander of the City Watch of Ankh-Morpork, how I imagine him performing his duty. His wife Sybil breeds swamp dragons. They're small, ugly and very dangerous because they tend to explode. They can be used as weapons, too, but only with a lot of caution.
