The painting on this box is based on several photos I took when I happily watched a flock of resting White-fronted geese on a pasture, only a few hundred meters away from our house. I’ve never had the opportunity to watch wild geese so close before!
The water is a big puddle that was left from one of the regular floods that happen in that area.

Das Bild auf dieser Schachtel basiert auf mehreren eigenen Fotos, die ich gemacht habe als ich das Glück hatte, einen Schwarm Blässgänse auf einer Weide beobachten zu können, nur wenige hundert Meter von unserem Haus entfernt. Ich hatte vorher noch nie die Gelegenheit, wilde Gänse so nah zu beobachten!
Das Wasser ist eine große Pfütze, die von einer der regelmäßigen Überflutungen dieses Gebiets übrig geblieben ist.
