These two bovine beauties were curious and friendly. They had lovely soft mouths with cute whiskers.

I agree with you every step. I have become vegetarian/vegan (i'm a vegetarian but have some vegan aspects such as i don't drink cows milk, wear leather etc.) and have been one for over 3 years. It all started after i had accidentally watched cow slaughter on youtube. I didn't know what it was when i clicked on it, and because i had been watching something alot more innocent beforehand i didn't think that this would have been something to horrific. I have never touched meat since, unless it is to feed my dog or cats.
All animals are living, breathing beings and they should all be respected as equals. I don't see what difference people see in eating a cow compared to a horse or dog. When horsemeat was found out in our shops and restaurants, being passed off as beef, people shot up and uproar. When bits of cats and dogs were found in our local Chinese restaurants freeze, people kicked up hell. But then many eat cows, pics, chickens, etc. all the time.
